Job summary

Extell Marketing Group at One Manhattan Square seeks a Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support leasing and sales teams, help manage daily office operations, and be the friendly point of contact for visitors and buyers. You will assist with marketing initiatives and administrative tasks across pricing, reporting, and lead tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in real estate brokerage, development, or similar.
• Proficient client service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, judgement, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within an entrepreneurial environment.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales & Leasing staff by supporting leasing and sales efforts for available units at One Manhattan Square.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, presentation, and serve as point of contact for visitors and prospective clients.
• Assist with marketing and sales outreach programs and events.
• Provide administrative support and maintain updated databases and registration lists.
• Prepare pricing and traffic reports, leads tracking reports and other related reporting.
