Job summary

Management Services Corporation (MSC) in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations in the Leasing & Marketing Department. You will act as a liaison among the leasing team, portfolio managers, visitors, and corporate staff to maintain smooth communication and workflow.

The role blends customer service, leasing support, and marketing coordination to ensure a superior resident experience at every step of the leasing process.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required: Valid driver's license
• Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support (prep and maintain logs and reports, assist with marketing surveys, maintains office organization, maintains Company vehicles)
• Customer Service & Leasing Support (answer phone calls, respond to emails, schedule and conduct apartment tours, greet visitors, prepare lease documents)
• Marketing Support (update rental rates and availability, assist with social media, maintain online advertisements, coordinate marketing collateral)
