This role acts as the liaison between the leasing team, portfolio managers, visitors, and corporate staff to ensure smooth communication and project momentum.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support (prep and maintain logs and reports, assist with marketing surveys, maintain office organization, maintain Company vehicles).
• Customer Service & Leasing Support (answer phone calls, respond to emails, schedule and conduct apartment tours, greet visitors, prepare lease documents).
• Marketing Support (update rental rates and availability, assist with social media, maintain online advertisements, coordinate marketing collateral).
