Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to prep and maintain logs, reports, and marketing surveys.
• Customer service & leasing support: answering calls, emails, tours, and leasing docs.
• Marketing support: update rates/availability, social media, online ads, and collateral.
