The role supports daily leasing/marketing operations, coordinating between leasing teams, portfolio managers, visitors, and corporate staff to keep communications flowing and projects on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in customer service or leasing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and maintain logs and reports.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, schedule tours, greet visitors, prepare lease documents.
• Update rental rates and availability, assist with social media, coordinate marketing collateral.
