Job summary

The Caton Companies seeks a Leasing & Marketing Specialist for its Charlottesville, Virginia office to drive apartment leasing through strong sales, customer service, and strategic marketing. You’ll demonstrate property features, manage inquiries, and build relationships to maximize occupancy while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Virginia Real Estate License, which can be obtained during employment.
• Willingness to obtain Virginia Fair Housing Laws and Practices certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job’s functions.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
