Job summary

Campus Apartments Lancaster seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager to help manage day-to-day property operations, leasing, and marketing efforts. You will work under the General Manager to maintain high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) and a willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and Entrata knowledge preferred. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and renewal management.
• Maintain accurate availability records compatible with renewal reports.
• Process rental applications and present to General Manager.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and City.
• Support check-out, inspections and final account statements for vacated units.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports and marketing initiatives.
