Job summary

Lancaster Campus in Athens, GA seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager to support daily property operations, drive occupancy, and coordinate advertising and resident retention programs.

You will report to the General Manager and focus on customer service, accurate record keeping, leasing processing, and effective communication with residents, applicants, employees, and vendors to ensure a positive property experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic computer software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and maintenance of high occupancy levels.
• Maintain accurate availability records aligned with renewal reports.
• Process rental applications for General Manager approval.
• Manage property licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and City.
• Assist with checkout inspections and vacated unit procedures.
• Ensure accuracy of leases and resident check-ins.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly to maintain positive relations.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as required.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing programs to position the property.
• Support resident retention initiatives.
