Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Leasing to supervise a team of leasing consultants and drive occupancy and revenue at a Louisville community. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering superior service.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college.
Leasing experience and sales experience desirable.
Real Estate license may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

Serves as direct Supervisor and creates work schedules for Leasing Staff.
Creates, updates, and ensures monthly marketing plan implementation.
Completes market surveys and submits to management by the 3rd each month.
Updates all on-line and print ads and oversees leasing activities.
Leads leasing/marketing to prospective residents and monitors closing ratios.
Ensures property readiness, walks the property, and maintains welcoming environment.
Enters traffic into the system daily and records move-ins/renewals in OneSite.
Monitors internet lead follow-up and tracks each lead.
Reviews guest cards to ensure follow-ups within 24 hours.
