Stonemark Management LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Community Manager in Charleston, SC. You will supervise a leasing team, coach staff, and ensure revenue and occupancy goals are met while delivering superior customer service.

You will develop and implement monthly marketing plans, update ads, monitor leads and move-ins in OneSite or equivalent system, and ensure property is prepared and welcoming for residents. Strong communication and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or two-year college equivalent.
• 1–3 years leasing, management training and sales experience desirable.
• Real estate license may be required in some states.

• Supervise leasing staff and schedule shifts.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans.
• Complete market surveys by the 3rd of each month.
• Update all on-line and print advertisements.
• Leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
• Monitor closing ratios and meet company targets.
• Inspect property, ensure welcoming environment and cleanliness.
• Enter traffic and move-ins into the system daily.
• Track leads and respond within 24 hours.
