Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Community Manager to assist the Regional Manager in maintaining the asset and maximizing financial returns. You will oversee leasing activities, applicant reviews, and market analyses while ensuring policy compliance and strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include budget preparation, cash management, and reporting. The role requires on-site supervision of staff, coordination of marketing, and ensuring timely operational tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 3–5 years related experience as on-site Assistant Manager.
• ARM, CAM, or RAM certification preferred; Real Estate license may be required in some states.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and ability to manage time and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assists Regional Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.
• Ensures staff compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Initiates preparation of weekly and monthly reports, market surveys, and advertising/marketing programs.
• Reviews rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with resident policy.
• Makes recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs.
• Approves in writing all market-ready apartments; maintains knowledge of local market.
