Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily community operations, leasing, bookkeeping and resident relations. You will assist with leasing, post payments, manage invoices, and prepare monthly financials while ensuring timely reporting.

Strong communication, teamwork and time management are essential as you help implement marketing strategies, monitor lease expirations, and maintain high service levels for residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in Payables/Receivables or related experience.
• Leasing, management training and sales experience desirable; Real Estate license may be required in some states.
• Excellent people skills with strong teamwork, communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify, show and lease apartments.
• Acts as Community Bookkeeper; post payments, code invoices, prepare monthly billing and handle petty cash.
• Develop marketing strategies for leasing and set goals for Leasing Associates.
• Provide resident services and maintain good resident relations.
• Ensure timely completion of forms and reports: Weekly/Monthly activity and financial reports.
• Enter lease data: terms, rent, demographics, etc.
• Monitor Lease Expiration Report and market competition with monthly surveys.
• Inspect vacant apartments for damages and cleanliness per procedures.
• Develop ideas to improve operations and profitability.
