Job summary

Yugo USA is hiring a Leasing Manager onsite at our Manhattan, Kansas property. You will lead leasing, train the leasing staff, and drive occupancy while ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, documentation, move-ins/outs, and reporting. Qualified candidates have at least one year in residential leasing, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with Entrata or similar software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage customer and staff situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing, resident retention, and lease renewal activities to support occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and qualify applicants per company standards.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals accurately.
• Coordinate move-in orientations for a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and daily activity tracking.
• Lead marketing and outreach to increase community visibility and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Coach leasing staff and drive best practices in leasing and customer service.
• Prepare weekly leasing, occupancy, and activity reports.
