Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Property Manager in Manhattan, Kansas. This on-site role leads a team to deliver exceptional student housing experiences, oversees leasing, budgeting, resident relations, and marketing initiatives, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.

You will drive performance, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with regional teams to support community objectives, all while maintaining a welcoming, safe living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Experience running property operations, leasing, and budgeting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead on-site staff to meet operational goals and daily tasks.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions per policy and law.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable with accurate, timely transactions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
• Review financial reports, occupancy trends, and operating performance.
