Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Manager for on-site operations at State College, PA. You will lead the leasing team, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and manage the leasing process to sustain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This full-time, hourly role requires a strong customer service mindset, a background in residential leasing, and experience with rental software. You will train staff, coordinate move-ins, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while promoting a welcoming

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in residential properties or rental operations accepted.
Minimum of one year of leasing/rental operations experience preferred.
Experience at a university/college property is a plus.
Entrata experience or other rental software experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service skills with ability to handle challenging situations.
Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

Oversee all leasing activities, including tours, inquiries, applicant qualification, and lease processing.
Maintain occupancy goals and ensure timely renewals.
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and documentation accuracy.
Lead leasing staff, mentor team members, and promote best practices.
Prepare weekly leasing, occupancy, and activity reports.
