Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage leasing and marketing within our student housing community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with residents and teammates.
• Customer service experience in a property or university setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, explaining features and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease agreements per policy.
• Manage move-ins/outs and lease renewals, maintain leasing records and reports.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, lead generation, and occupancy strategies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and timely service.
