Asset Living is a fast-growing real estate management company specializing in multifamily, single-family rentals and student housing with a national footprint. The Leasing Manager will drive leasing, marketing and resident relations at the property, partnering with the Community Manager to plan and hit occupancy goals.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision of staff, and in-depth knowledge of leasing processes, retention programs, and local market conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead leasing team and achieve occupancy targets.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and budgets.
