Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing and marketing activities at the property. You will work closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic plan to achieve budgeted occupancy.

You will lead the leasing team, ensure effective leasing techniques, and manage resident relations. The role involves coordination with maintenance, marketing, and staff development to drive performance and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management and goal setting with the Community Manager.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and proper documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and property appearance.
