Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing and sales, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Familiarity with Entrata, OneSite or RealPage.
• Intermediate Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing processes and administer leads in Entrata; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide property tours highlighting key features; address objections and close leases.
• Guide applicants through the lease process and screening procedures; manage renewals.
