Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Leasing Manager for The Griff off-campus apartments in Columbus, OH. You will lead leasing efforts, mentor the leasing team, and manage leads in Entrata, providing tours and guiding applicants through applications and leases.

You will monitor renewals, maintain clubhouse and model units, and stay informed of market trends to position the property effectively. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in multifamily

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing and sales, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Familiarity with Entrata, OneSite or RealPage.
• Intermediate Excel skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leasing processes and administer leads in Entrata; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide property tours highlighting key features; address objections and close leases.
• Guide applicants through the lease process and screening procedures; manage renewals.
