Responsibilities

• Lead leasing process from lead entry to closing.
• Show properties, conduct tours, address objections, and guide applicants through leasing.
• Oversee application and lease execution, screening compliance, and renewals.
• Maintain high standards of property appearance, tours, and marketing events.
• Assist in weekly/monthly reporting and performance tracking.
