Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Jaeger Square in Columbus, OH. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the lease process to help meet leasing goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain licenses required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to individual and team leasing targets, aiming to meet or exceed goals.
• Greet prospective residents, engage them, and build rapport for positive first impressions.
• Provide tours that showcase features and tailor the experience to each prospect's needs.
• Close leasing by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or in person within 24 hours.
• Enter lead information in Entrata and follow up with warm calls/emails.
• Understand site leasing trends to guide prospects toward leasing decisions.
• Ensure office/model units/common areas are well maintained and report issues.
• Participate in community marketing and resident events.
