• Know the property, amenities, and nearby competition for effective tours.
• Track leasing traffic and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
• Manage the lease process from application to paperwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness with inspections and walkthroughs.
• Coordinate lease renewals to maximize resident retention.
• Market properties through outside outreach to attract residents.
