Use your sales skills to showcase our amenities and create a welcoming experience for residents and prospects. Responsibilities include managing the lease process from application to move-in, tracking traffic, follow-up with prospects, and supporting renewals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Sales or leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and property management software.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Community – Provide top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
• Drive Leasing Success – Lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, promote communities.
• Know Your Product – Stay informed about property, amenities, and competition.
• Track & Follow Up – Monitor leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, analyze trends.
• Manage the Lease Process – From application to finalizing paperwork.
• Ensure Move-In Readiness – Conduct inspections and ensure move-in readiness.
• Drive Renewals – Build relationships and coordinate lease renewals.
• Market Like a Pro – Engage in outside marketing to position Madison Communities as the go-to choice.
