Job summary

CIG Communities in Euclid, OH is seeking a confident Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations and represent our community. You will own the full leasing cycle, mentor junior staff, and drive occupancy and resident retention initiatives.

This on-site role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proven leasing track record in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate marketing efforts, listings, and resident events to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leasing or direct sales experience.
• Experience in residential property management strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service abilities.
• Professional, energetic, and personable presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to move-in.
• Meet or exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Lead tours and present units and amenities.
• Process applications and leases in line with Fair Housing guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of unit availability, pricing, and market conditions.
• Train and support junior leasing agents to ensure strong performance.
