CIG Communities is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Ohio and Kentucky markets. You will be the face of our properties, delivering an exceptional leasing experience and helping prospective residents find their home while maintaining strong relationships with current residents.

The role requires 1+ year in leasing, sales, or customer service, with strong communication and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing, sales, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a team-oriented attitude.
• Experience with leasing software (ResMan, Yardi, Entrata or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends as needed to meet leasing and resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Connect with prospective residents through in-person tours, phone calls, and digital communication.
• Leasing Excellence: showcase apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Resident Experience: assist with renewals, engagement initiatives, and retention efforts.
• Marketing & Outreach: support marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and events.
• Operational Efficiency: process applications, lease agreements, and resident records.
• Market Knowledge: stay informed about local rental trends and conduct surveys.
