Horizon Realty Advisors LLC in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the property's leasing operations and drive occupancy and revenue goals. You will supervise the leasing team, conduct tours, manage marketing, and ensure Fair Housing compliance while coordinating with the Property Manager on strategy.

The role requires 2–3 years in leasing or property management, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

2-3 years of property management or leasing experience required.
1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
Proven track record in sales and leasing performance.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and develop the Leasing Team, including monitoring performance on lead management and follow-up standards.
Conduct leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person tours, matching prospects with appropriate apartment homes.
Oversee the property's social media presence, digital marketing efforts, and outreach to local universities and student organizations.
Perform regular audits of lease files and review marketing channels, pricing, and property management software for accuracy.
Analyze market demographics, conduct weekly market surveys, and collaborate with the Property Manager on the property's marketing plan.
