Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking an Associate Community Manager to drive leasing and marketing efforts at our Tucson community. You will coordinate tours, generate leads, and ensure high occupancy while upholding Fair Housing standards and company procedures.

You will also handle data entry in our management system, prepare reports, and support renewal campaigns, resident communications, and on-site operations to maintain a premier living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing and property marketing.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to generate and analyze leasing reports.
• Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans and programs to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare and monitor leasing reports to inform pricing and rent growth.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and corporate procedures.
• Enter data accurately in Entrata and maintain quality follow-up.
• Coordinate tours, show units, and close leases.
• Support renewal activity and plan resident events.
• Maintain professional, confidential handling of resident information.
• Assist in move-ins/move-outs and related activities.
