Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive leasing performance across the community. You will lead a leasing team from inquiry to move-in and renewal, coach specialists, and ensure fair housing compliance while meeting occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include setting pricing with the Property Manager, overseeing marketing, managing KPIs, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with leadership ability.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/RealPage) and MS Office.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing process end-to-end to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop leasing specialists; conduct reviews.
• Review and approve leases; ensure compliance with policy.
• Set pricing and concessions with Property Manager based on market conditions.
• Oversee marketing, online listings, and community presence.
• Prepare leasing reports for management and ownership/regional teams.
