Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a Leasing Manager in Gilbert, AZ to lead the leasing team and drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will guide the leasing process from inquiry through move-in and renewal, coach staff, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong sales skills, and the ability to balance coaching with leasing execution to achieve KPIs. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, RealPage) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the leasing process end-to-end, setting and monitoring team leasing goals including occupancy and revenue targets.
• Engage with prospects on escalated tours and negotiations to model best practices.
• Review and approve lease agreements and move-in documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze leasing activity and adjust priorities, staffing, and outreach.
• Set pricing and concessions in partnership with the Property Manager based on market conditions.
