Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to convert leads into tours.
• Conduct tailored property tours highlighting community features and available units.
• Follow up consistently to maintain momentum and close leases.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in documents per policy.
