Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing operations at the property. You will lead the leasing team, set occupancy targets with the Community Manager, and drive Resident relations while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to policies.

The role requires hands-on leasing, marketing plan development, and collaboration to optimize traffic and retention. A strong focus on customer service, staff development, and operational efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieving budgeted occupancy.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance and effective lease closures.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and accurate reporting.
• Develop resident retention programs and conduct marketing campaigns.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; monitor renewal progress.
