Qualifications

• Leasing professional with 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience managing renewals and marketing for a conventional property.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease prospective residents and explain terms and amenities.
• Execute marketing strategies and social media postings for the property.
• Plan and host resident events and maintain positive resident relations.
• Supervise Leasing Consultant if required.
