Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The One at Millington, a lease-up in the Memphis area. We seek sales-driven professionals who enjoy helping people find their next home.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales or leasing experience, strong marketing and social media skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to plan resident events. Yardi, CRM, Yieldstar experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales or leasing experience.
• Strong social media and marketing skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Passion for planning and executing resident events.
• Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and assess needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model/vacant apartments and discuss leases and amenities.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
• Process applications for approval per policies and procedures.
• Schedule move-ins and complete lease paperwork.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Assist with marketing duties including market surveys and notices.
• Weekend work may be required.
