Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The One at Millington, a lease-up in Memphis. The role involves tours, leasing, marketing, and resident relations, with a focus on driving occupancy and commissions. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience with Yardi, CRM, and Yieldstar is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Marketing and social media skills with event planning experience.
• Experience with property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show properties to prospective residents and qualify applicants.
• Explain lease terms, pricing, and community amenities to prospects.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and move-ins.
• Process applications in line with policies and procedures.
• Schedule move-ins and complete lease paperwork with the prospect.
• Coordinate resident events and marketing activities.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to requests.
