Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property under Community Manager guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of community, specials, floor plans, and unit pricing; update BH website accordingly.
• Assist onsite team and analysts in marketing units and addressing vacancies and retention.
• Enter prospect information into property management software and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Conduct tours, prepare lease agreements, and show vacant units as needed to meet business needs.
• Uphold Fair Housing guidelines and leasing regulations; provide feedback on rental rates and promotions.
