Job summary

Hines is seeking a Leasing Manager - Multifamily in Dallas to lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for the property. You will supervise the leasing team, drive revenue and occupancy goals, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure property standards.

The role requires 2+ years in residential property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Entrada preferred). Must hold or obtain IL leasing license within 120 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Two or more years of experience in residential property management or related industry.
• Sales and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus.
• Must currently hold or obtain a real estate leasing agent license for the state of IL within 120 days.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work indoors ~95% and outdoors ~5%.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Compensation: $26/hr - $30/hr.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team performance for the property.
• Actively participate in the leasing process.
• Supervise and manage the leasing team members.
• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to engage prospects and generate revenue.
• Coordinate with maintenance to maintain property appearance and safety.
• Review and analyze financial reports affecting leasing performance.
• Oversee lease renewal process and communications.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents' questions.
