Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations, train onsite staff, and drive occupancy and resident retention through proactive listing, showings, and timely approvals. You’ll analyze weekly leasing reports, manage marketing efforts, and coordinate resident services while maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends.

A year of leasing experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, with ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• Driver's License required.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit lease file policy for consistency.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations and handle calls/requests.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Review aged vacancies and market-ready apartments.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.
