Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience required.
• Experience with a revenue management system required.
• Experience with Yardi or another property management system required.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and interact with current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and coordinate move-in paperwork.
• Review applications for accuracy and ensure rent is collected before approval.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and review ads to attract residents.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activities.
• Assist with planning resident activities to improve retention.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
