Job summary

Avenue5 Residential on Mercer Island is looking for a leasing consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You’ll interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and deliver excellent service.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to manage paperwork, and familiarity with property management systems. A high school diploma and at least one year of sales or leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email and convert inquiries to tours.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and lease-related information.
