Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kirkland to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention, while ensuring accurate records and smooth move-in processes.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with leasing processes, and basic MS Office skills. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday; benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance to ensure move-in condition.
