Avenue5 Residential, LLC seeks a Leasing Manager in Renton, WA to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. You will market the properties, engage with prospective residents, and strive for maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of residential leasing or management experience, plus familiarity with Yardi or similar property management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective residents to achieve maximum occupancy and client satisfaction.
• Conduct training and coach leasing consultants to optimize performance.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; ensure accuracy of applications.
• Coordinate marketing plans and update advertisements; manage traffic and lead follow-up.
• Ensure open/close procedures and maintain accurate resident files.
