Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant in Seattle to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention, while ensuring smooth lease processing and documentation.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and strong customer service experience.
• Experience in residential leasing or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Qualify prospects, present leases, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and weekly leasing reports.
• Support maintenance coordination and plan resident activities to boost retention.
