Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant on Mercer Island to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals and resident relations. You will engage with prospective residents to drive occupancy and deliver excellent service.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1 year of sales or leasing experience; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred. The role focuses on customer care and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in property leasing or sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Basic MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and client satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain detailed records of traffic activity.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail or email to convert inquiries into tours.
• Assist with planning resident activities and community events as needed.
