Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant in Seattle to drive apartment rentals, move-ins and renewals. You will engage with prospective residents, qualify leads, schedule tours, and ensure a high occupancy while providing excellent service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales or leasing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retain residents.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, prepare lease docs and move-in paperwork.
