Job summary

Middleburg Communities is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager in Florida to oversee leasing office operations, supervise the leasing team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role emphasizes rent collection, budget adherence, and maintaining a quality living environment for residents.

The Leasing Manager collaborates with the Regional Director of Sales and Operations to maximize cash flow, monitor performance against the budget, and lead by example in a fast-paced residential property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years leasing/management experience or a 4-year degree with 1 year leasing experience.
• Proficiency in Office365, Outlook, and Excel required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing office operations and rent collection activities.
• Meet revenue goals through occupancy and ancillary income.
• Prepare and review OneSite reporting and payroll records.
• Lead leasing team to maintain market-ready properties and high occupancy.
