Job summary

Middleburg Communities is hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of the leasing process and assist with resident relations. The role focuses on generating interest, showing properties, and ensuring accurate move-in paperwork while maintaining up-to-date market knowledge.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with property management software such as RealPage.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience; leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• RealPage experience preferred.
• Basic Windows computer skills; knowledge of Internet navigation and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process (apartments, inquiries, showings, move-in paperwork).
• Generate interest by touring property and answering questions about amenities and local community.
• Maintain knowledge of market, demographics, and community; conduct market surveys.
• Use RealPage/OneSite to track availability, record traffic, and manage data.
