Job summary

ValueRock Realty Partners seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing process across our portfolio, with renewals and tenant retention as the primary mandate. Senior leadership sets rates and deal terms, and this role owns the workflow from first contact to executed lease, focusing on renewals and occupancy optimization.

Qualifications

• Five to ten plus years of commercial retail leasing experience required.
• Demonstrated record of negotiating renewals and new leases directly.
• Ability to run comparable rent analyses independently.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with leasing budgets and market data.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to out-of-state properties.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal pipeline across the portfolio and renewals discussions with tenants.
• Take vacant space from availability through executed lease, including non-renewal recoveries.
• Run market comparisons and prepare market summaries for leadership and budget cycles.
• Build deal economics and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare and issue letters of intent; drive deals to lease execution with counsel.
