Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Supervisor to lead leasing associates, manage apartment showings, and drive maximum occupancy while providing excellent resident service.

You will oversee training, marketing outreach, and ensure adherence to leasing procedures using Yardi and MaxLeases. Strong communication, math, and analytical skills are essential, with MS Office proficiency (Excel). College degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Language Skills - Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Math Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Reasoning Skills - Ability to carry out detailed instructions and solve problems with few variables.
• Computer Skills – MS Office and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Host and monitor training for leasing associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead daily leasing huddle to prioritize hot units and marketing outreach.
• Ensure leasing information accuracy in Yardi and related systems.
• Meet with leasing professionals weekly to provide guidance and support.
• Lease apartments through phone, internet, and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospective and current residents to maintain relationships.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and assist with renewals.
• Assist with office organization and daily tasks as assigned.
