You’ll showcase your sales skills, market our communities, and create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As the Leasing Manager, you’ll be the Face of the Community, lease apartments to meet occupancy goals, stay informed about our property and the competition, and ensure move-in readiness

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; you're a natural at connecting with people and making them feel at home.
• Creativity and problem-solving to attract and retain residents.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office and property management software.
• Property management experience preferred, especially sales or leasing.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Community - Provide top-notch service to residents and prospects, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Drive Leasing Success - Lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, and promote our communities as the top choice.
• Know Your Product - Stay informed about the property, amenities, and competition to confidently showcase offerings.
• Track & Follow Up - Monitor leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends.
• Manage the Lease Process - From application to final paperwork, ensure seamless transactions.
• Ensure Move-In Readiness - Conduct inspections and walkthroughs for move-in readiness.
• Drive Renewals - Build relationships with residents to maximize retention.
• Market Like a Pro - Engage in outside marketing to position Madison Communities as the go-to choice for apartment living.
