Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the lease process, staying informed about the property, and collaborating with the team to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential for connecting with residents and prospects.
• Creativity and problem-solving help attract and retain residents.
• Tech-savvy mindset with comfortable use of MS Office and property management tools.
• Property management experience is preferred but not required; sales or leasing background is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Community by delivering top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Drive Leasing Success by leasing apartments and meeting occupancy goals.
• Know Your Product by staying informed about the property, amenities and competitors.
• Track & Follow Up by monitoring traffic and analyzing trends to optimize leasing strategies.
• Facilitate the Lease Process from application to move-in with compliance.
• Ensure Move-In Readiness with inspections and walkthroughs for new residents.
• Drive Renewals by building relationships and coordinating lease renewals.
• Market Like a Pro by engaging in outside marketing to position Madison Communities as the go-to option.
